General Job Description:
You’re organized, professional, and looking for an opportunity to put your management expertise and knowledge of regulatory requirements to the test. In this role you will be responsible for developing a tactical approach to sales training and development, providing guidance and leadership to meet and/or exceed individual and region-specific budgets, assisting with overall territory management, and managing day-to-day production, activity, and general morale. You will review plans, provide feedback, conduct weekly calls and training, and partner with regional operations as well as the Campus Support Center to monitor compliance. Most importantly, you will ensure that our schools are functioning at optimal levels for our students and will make a difference in the lives of many.

Job Responsibilities:
People Management

  • Train, develop, coach and mentor Directors and Presidents on subjects such as admissions, performance management, and leadership to build people capability
  • Mentor and coach Directors and Presidents to foster the skills necessary to support their professional development and career progression by assessing their performance and providing feedback through monthly coaching sessions, quarterly check-ins, and annual reviews for direct reports; conducting these assessments and mentoring sessions is an essential part of this role
  • Make recommendations for individual and team development based on performance reviews, and provide additional guidance and one-on-one coaching to direct reports as needed
  • Conduct weekly regional team conference calls and training
  • Instill a sense of teamwork and connection to overall company objectives by modeling exemplary behavior and coordinating cross-functional workflow
Regional Operations

  • Manage day-to-day performance of the region’s admissions teams and support positive student experience utilizing company initiatives
  • Ensure that Regional Directors and/or Directors of Admissions adhere to processes, procedures, and compliance policies through campus visits and weekly conference calls
  • Provide tactical guidance, assistance, and leadership to support regional/divisional admissions operations objectives and goals
  • Partner with Division Regional Vice President of Operations
  • Cascade company initiatives down to the campus and field level
  • Review monthly/quarterly/yearly regional marketing plans and provide feedback and directives to Directors and Presidents
General Administrative Tasks

  • Partner with appropriate leadership to support regional hiring needs
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all paperwork and reports
  • Adhere to required daily communication with DVP Admissions/VP of Admissions
  • Monitor and adhere to compliance standards and guidelines
  • Partner with Regional Operations to monitor compliance throughout the assigned territory
  • Act as a liaison between the field and Campus Support Center
  • Attend and successfully complete all training for this position, as required at any time by the company

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
  • Proprietary admissions experience required
  • Sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
  • Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
