Participates as a member of the Radiation Oncology patient care team. Under minimal direction and in accordance with prescription, operates radiation therapy equipment in order to simulate and/or treat patients for malignancies. Completes required documentation in medical records, completes charge procedures and performs quality assurance checks to verify accuarcy of all procedures performed.
Minimum Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiation Therapy

Minimum Job Qualifications: Demonstrates a working knowledge of simulation and radiation therapy equipment. Demonstrates visual auiditory and sensory acuity when performing tasks. Superior professional medical skills and judgement obtained from hands-on patient care experience. Exceptional oral and written communication skils required for medical record documentation and prescription management, as well as dealing with other employees, physicians, patients and general public. High degree of proficiency with computer and printers.
