Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Radiology will primarily perform radiolographic procedures with the OR including the most complex cases, creating a safe environment for pediatric and adult patients as well as our staff. The OR technologist will work under the direction of the Radiology OR Surgical coordinator and assist in the scheduling and proceudures and traning of other technologist to perform OR procedures. This Radiologic Technologist will also perform in-house, outpatient, ER and OR procedures on an as needed basis.

Qualifications:
Registered technologist (ARRT).

Must be a team player with strong focus on customer service skills.

Ability to achieve CPR certification.

Minimum 2 years recent acute care hospital independent work experience which included OR radiology procedures strongly preferred .

2 -3 years of recent OR experience and proven proficiency in performing complex spine procedures (3D, managing multiple c-arms in a single case, image transfer) strongly preferred.

Ability to multi-task and independently direct daily activity including resolution of workflow issues as they arise.
Hours are Monday - Friday 10am- 6:30 pm with a weekend and holiday rotation. Ideal candidate would be flexible with their hours to occasionally come in earlier as cases and staffing dictate. This is not an entry level position.
