Summary: Responsible for qualifying leads, contacting potential sellers and successfully negotiating Real Estate transactions. Essential Duties Responsibilities: |
Research basic information for contacting potential sellers.
Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing customers in order to increase revenue SBA's acquisition and investment programs.
Review and gather tenant leases, lease amendments, mortgages and other legal documents.
Prepare revenue and expense projections
Use best judgment in negotiating a favorable price and terms that meet SBA's investment criteria.
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Law and notary.
3+ years of sales experience preferably in real estate.
Familiarity with a variety of the practices and procedures associated with Real Estate including, but not limited to, subdivision, taxes and zoning.
