Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Corporate Facilities Management and Real Estate departments in their daily administrative operations.

Essential Duties
  • Distribute and file all incoming mail
  • Prepare over night packages
  • Maintain office filing
  • Update and maintain lease software and spreadsheets
  • Process monthly rent for over 200 locations
  • Prepare CAM reconciliations
  • Prepare lease documents
  • Prepare and maintain energy consumption reports
  • Prepare lease proposal packages
  • Create customer and competitor maps using a Map Point software
  • Prepare and track purchase orders
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures a plus
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills; must be detailed oriented
  • Ability to work independently, but must meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames
  • Capable of working in a fast paced environment with skills to multi-task on different levels
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Extensive Excel experience)
  • High School diploma or GED
