Monitors the construction draws on all projects of $500M plus. Quality control of the Real Estate Inspection reports. These reports will include updated inspections (project's percentage of completion) and the current draw. Assures staff has detailed all need items before approval to fund. Sends approval to advance funds on a project. Inspects, properties as needed. Inspects projects that are showing signs of possible cost or shortage problems. Assists with Cost Estimates on new construction projects and the decision making process of draw funding. Assess the core reason as to why a project might be short and communicates what additional approvals or actions are necessary with the needed parties. Assists with the training of Loan Officers and Assistants to use the Real Estate Inspection report and clients to obtain the necessary information throughout the project. Other duties as assigned
Typically requires a degree in Business, Finance or Equivalent Experience and 5+ years of directly related Real Estate Loan Servicing Experience in a Commercial Banking Environment, including Construction Loans. Bachelors degree preferred. Syndication, Participation and/or Bond Experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate construction loan documentation, draw administration, budget analysis, risk management, loan disbursement, lending processes, loan principles, loan systems and pc's. Working knowledge of closing due dilligence, credit administration and regulatory compliance.
