Position Description

Entrust Energy is looking for a highly motivated team player to bring an energetic sales approach to the Real Estate Sales Department and excellence to Entrust Energy.

The individual will be responsible for execution within the following areas: real estate channel sales, management reporting, and ad hoc requests based on the needs of the business.

This position is a contract to hire position. This person will work in a team of sales representatives to sell Entrust Energy products and services to Real Estate agents within Entrust Energy’s service territories. Sales Representatives are responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales goals set by Entrust Energy Senior Leadership, and will report directly to the Real Estate Channel Manager.

Reporting Relationship

The individual will report to the Real Estate Channel Manager. The success of this individual will depend on their ability to build relationships with real estate professionals within their assigned sales territory and executing the Sales and Marketing plan for the business. In addition to the Real Estate Channel Manager, other critical relationships include:

Marketing Manager, Rich Whittington

Director of Marketing, Jeremy Pawlak

Experience Required

2 to 3 years of previous work experience in face-to-face sales is preferred

Retail electricity sales experience is a plus

Excellent selling and communication skills

Ability to sell new products and service

Great public speaker

Goal oriented and driven self-starter

Diligent and independent worker

Exceptional communication skills with a passion for Customer Care

Build rapport and trust with customers

Ability to work closely with other team members and other teams

Excellent oral and written communication

Proficient in MS Office applications is a plus

Bilingual speaker a plus

Qualifications Required

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Previous sales experience or career aspirations for sales or business management

2 to 3 years of previous work experience in face-to-face sales is preferred

Retail electricity sales experience is a plus

Functional Requirements

Cultivate relationships with local Realtors and process their client referrals and requests for new and renewal service.

Execute the Sales and Marketing plan for the Real Estate Sales Channel

Provide best-in-class customer service to Realtors and their clients

Attend team meetings and training sessions

Adhere to corporate governing documents and policies

Based on information provided by the customers, analyze information to match the correct offer to fit the customers’ needs

Base salary commensurate with experience
