Job Descriptions:
Position Summary
The Real Estate Financial Analyst will support the portfolio management function in ongoing analysis of the firm's real estate investments and fund vehicles, including a heavy emphasis on financial modeling.

Evaluate investment performance and prepare cash flows forecasts and asset valuations.

Contribute to the strategic business plan development and exit strategy planning and execution for all investments.

Complete investor reporting and prepare investor presentations.

Prepare internal performance review presentations.

Assist with capital raising efforts and strategic decisions for the platform.

Support the portfolio manager with audits, compliance, capital calls and distributions and appraisal management.

Assist in the research and analysis of property and capital markets to help analyze value creation opportunities for the firm's investments.

Required Experience:
BA in Finance; Excellent academic record with a degree from a top school preferred.

2-4 years analyst experience in private equity, real estate investment/financing, or investment/commercial banking.

Valuation experience in multi-family developments, transactional knowledge and deal structuring a plus.

Superior analytical and quantitative skills: advanced mastery of Excel modeling and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint are required.

Solid understanding of real estate nomenclature and concepts.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills essential.

Creative thinking highly valued.

Ability to work effectively as part of a close knit team of high energy real estate professionals.

Comfortable working under deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks and managers.
