Real Estate Manager
The Real Estate Manager (REM) has responsibility for (i) project generation, coordination and execution of development programs in assigned areas, (ii) identification of sites that are economically feasible for specific single and multi-tenant developments and (iii) client/BDW relationship management.
The REM shall (i) identify and place land under contract per terms and conditions that are acceptable to BDW, (ii) work with BDW’s development team to complete site plans and budgets, (iii) monitor contracts during open escrow period, (iv) assist BDW’s development team in obtaining all necessary entitlements and permits, and (v) assist BDW in land closing activities.
A college degree and a minimum of two years experience in site acquisitions is expected for a REM. An Assistant REM position is open to qualified candidates without acquisition experience.
