To bill real
estate taxes per contractual lease documents using JD Edwards
software and data from taxing authorities to determine correct
billing calculations by tenant. Works with other departments to
assist with Tenant Inquiries and Disputes,

executed legal documents such as leases, amendments, extensions, and
terminations to determine billing requirements per
software, calculates tenants' billing of taxes for annual, quarterly
or semi-annual tax invoices; post to AR ledger.
with tenants by sending invoices and cover letters explaining
billings as necessary and answering tenant questions on a timely
customer satisfaction internally and externally by responding to
questions promptly with appropriate information.
adjustments to tenants' accounts to correct billing errors; creates
manual billings when needed.
year end billings as directed by Supervisor.
maintains department files (paper and electronic) files for all
Tenants, Collections, Tenant Services, Leasing and Property
Management departments to resolve tenant disputes or inquiries in a
timely manner by researching, calculating and making adjustments to
Property Accountants to explain variances relating to tax
the Expense Participation portion of JD Edwards software when
directed by Supervisor.
Supervisors with training on new procedures and new
reviewing and writing department policies and procedures as
validation of data for acquisitions/mergers before and after entry
in other functions of the Real Estate Tax Dept including Sales and
additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed
Education, Training and/or
Associate degree in accounting
or finance with a minimum of two years experience in
accounting or billing, or equivalent combination of education and
