The Receiving Clerk?s position will include several aspects of the Receiving office from the detail keying and the initial creation of the merchandise receipt into the CMOS system to identifying and resolving problem shipments. This Receiving Clerk may also be responsible for the final closing of the merchandise receipt within CMOS. Communication with both the internal departments and the buying offices will be necessary to resolve any problem shipments that arise during the receiving process. Data entry of merchandise receipt Data entry of vendor packing slip quantities Printing and matching receiving documents Effective and timely communication with buying offices on any problem shipments Manage problems, workload and perform additional tasks as required
