Quality control: Inspect and test all rental returns, clean, inspect, sort and calibrate camera equipment
Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
Review all charges at the time of rental return.
Communicate directly with customers in regards to orders. This includes via phone and emails.
Work closely with our Shipping Department to deliver a fast turn around time of required equipment.
Prevent loss of company assets due to mismanagement or theft of rental equipment through compliance to company rental policies and procedures.
Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes
Experience & qualification:
Superb knowledge of and experience working with DSLR, video equipment, lighting and audio equipment
1-2 years of relevant customer support experience working with computer software applications
Photography/videography equipment repair experience is highly desired
Working with E-Commerce, E-Merchant, or rental company is highly desired
BA in relevant field or equal work experience is required
