Position will provide receptionist duties to teh East Sales & Marketing Business Unit. Daily duties will include administrative tasks such as Travel and T&Es, Calendar Management and Reporting. Additional general administrative tasks including supply ordering, mailings, equipment troubleshooting as needed. The receptionist position provides administrative support primarily to the following individuals: Area VP of Human Resources and VP of Sales & Marketing Administration Maintaining confidential information Preparing and distributing various HR & Admin reports Scheduling meetings with appropriate teams Coordinating travel arrangments including air, hotel, car, etc. Reconciling of Travel and Expense Reports on a monthly basis Monthly invoice process for specific sites Providing customer service to site leaders Candidate will also provide general office support to Director of Training, Director of Recruiting and QA Manager.
Candidate will have working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a minimum of 3 years experience in an office setting.
