The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and greeting all visitors to the headquarters of a global company located in Berwyn. The Receptionist will also work on special projects as assigned by the Manager. Key Responsibilities include:
• Operate a multiple line telephone console
• Screen and route calls to appropriate person or location
• Allow access to visitors of Corporate Office and maintain visitor register
• Sort mail while at front desk
• Plan lunches for corporate meetings and event
• Assist in the management of the office supplies for the corporate office
• Assist with mail room activities as needed
• Manage requests for archive retrieval and storage
Position Requirements 
High School or equivalent degree required, Associates Degree preferred 
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional administrative role 
Strong customer services skills, administrative skills and experience with complex phone system
