We’re looking for an ideal Receptionist/Hospitality Specialist to make every person who walks through the doors of Big Ass Fans feel welcomed and valued while creating a hospitable environment.

Your role will include these critical activities:
First and foremost, to greet employees, customers, and visitors when they come through the front doors
Maintain an atmosphere and decorum in the lobby which will convey professionalism.
Tactfully handle customer complaints or refer to proper department and persons.
Maintain daily visitor register, visitor badges, and safety protocols for visitors.
Remain alert to any organizational or personnel changes within the company. Strive to know all company employees and their function as well as frequent visitors.
Stay alert to solicitors, suspicious persons, and outsiders who enter the premises.
Coordinate travel arrangements including air reservations, scheduling options, hotel reservations, and car rental reservations. Develops travel itineraries to correspond with current schedules.
Inventory, maintain and order office supplies. Processes invoices for supply orders.
Coordinate and manage BAF tour requests.
Act as back up phone support.
Make announcements over the PA system as needed.
Oversee conference room scheduling.
Assist with mass mailings.
Be an authority on "Big Ass Fans"- expert on company history, different departments.
Finally, you must also convince us that you have:
At least a High School diploma or GED.
Experience in hospitality (required) with previous experience in a receptionist role (preferred).
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Office operation and organization knowledge.
Command of all skills necessary for oral and written communication with employees, and the general public.
