Bryant & Stratton College is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist for the Virginia Bech campus. This person will be an essential first contact for students, faculty, staff and vendors. This person will also provide administrative support to the surrounding departments.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will serve as an integral member of the administrative team. Responsibilities will include:
Answering a 5- line phone system
Polite and Professional Customer Service
Data entry and other Admissions functions
Distributing and sending campus mail
Faxing, filing and basic office duties
Special projects as assigned
The ability to communicate effectively, written and oral, with a diverse group of students and peers is required. Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and great time management is an essential skill to this position. This person will be required to perform well under pressure and must be able to take direction.
Associate’s Degree preferred. The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with CRM is a plus.
