RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinating the scheduling of conference rooms
• Timely creation of new hire files for HR
• Maintaining and overseeing of the gift database
• Keeping track of floating assignments
• Accepting floating assignments
• Monitoring attendance
• Updating procedures database
• Cooperating with Security and Facilities as needed
• Meeting and greeting clients and guests
• Other special projects as needed

• Bachelor ’ s degree preferred
• A customer service attitude
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Good writing skills
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Filemaker
• Bachelor ’ s degree preferred
