The Branch Receptionist is responsible for answering the switch board, and supporting branch parts, service, and sales departments with administrative responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Primary focus will be to answer up to 5 incoming lines in a low to moderate call volume environment.
2. Responsible for clerical and administrative duties such as faxing, mail distribution, shipments, filing, data entry, creating and updating reports, greeting walk-in customers, and assisting with special events.
This position has no supervisor responsibilities.
Qualified candidates must have a High School diploma.
Applicants must have a minimum of three years of experience as a receptionist and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking will be key to success.
Strong Customer Service experience and skills!!
Preferred Experience with SAP and Accounts Payable
Strong MS Office skills required
