We are seeking an outgoing, dependable
individual for Receptionist role in our White Plains office location.
Primary responsibilities include answering all calls in a timely, friendly,
professional, and courteous manner. Greeting visitors, scheduling and
maintenance of conference rooms.
Receptionist is also responsible for
sorting incoming mail for distribution, preparing mail and packages for
shipment, mailing billing and monthly client statements, as well as various
miscellaneous admin duties as requested.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5:30PM. Ideal
candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of receptionist or administrative
experience working in a fast paced setting; ability to work additional hours as
needed between January and April 15 th a plus! Candidate must be well
groomed, dress professionally, be well spoken with pleasant demeanor.
