Administers all responsibilities related to front-desk operations including: handles all incoming calls, professionally greets and directs visitors, maintains the reception area and/or conference rooms in Client-ready appearance, and performs diversified clerical duties as required by the branch or department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages the switchboard; Answers phones, routes a high volume of calls and provides general information
Performs other office services support functions
Complete routine/correspondence, enter data, print letters, labels, form letters; format documents; and input data
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and inter-office mail
Assists with flyers and large mailings
Greets, directs visitors and answers routine inquiries
Assists with calendar and scheduling for all conference rooms
Sends and receives faxes; accepts and keeps records of deliveries; handles messengers and overnight deliveries
High school diploma
1 year receptionist/switchboard experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Basic organizational skills
Basic office equipment skills (phones, faxes, computer, copy machine)
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with co-workers, clients, and other employees
Very good interpersonal and client service skills
Able to follow instructions and procedures
Accounts Payable experience is a plus.
