Position Description:
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting all visitors and directing them to their Engagepoint destination and providing a comfortable experience while in the reception area. This position will require a professional positive attitude and possess good people skills and excellent phone presence. This position will include various duties including filing, handling mail, making copies, entering confidential client information into our computer system, etc. The Receptionist must be organized, dependable and confident.
  • Minimum of 3 years Receptionist/Administrative experience
  • Minimum education - High School Diploma/GED
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask without compromising on quality
  • Must be proficient in handling office equipment including multiple telephone lines, printers, photocopy machines, fax machine, etc.

Required Experience:
  • Reception experience in an office environment
  • Experience in clerical tasks and projects
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exhibiting a professional demeanor

Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Experience with a Software Product or Systems Administration Company
  • Exposure to the Procurement Process of Government Contracts
