The Receptionist serves as the primary telephone switchboard operator and greets visitors to provide prompt and courteous service to clients and vendors. Additional responsibilities include data entry, file maintenance and tracking/ordering of office supplies to ensure the office functions at it's most efficient.
This position records and updates customer account information on computer databases in order to open and maintain customer accounts, researches misapplied payments, mail requests, billing adjustments, and the status of appointments and maintains department directories.
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
1 - 2 years related experience required; 2 - 5 years preferred.
