Job Summary:
Greets and directs clients and other visitors to the Firm in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and responds to a variety of general inquiries and/or refers to the appropriate department or person.

Principal Responsibilities include:
Answers the phone on the first ring. Answers a variety of general inquiries and/or refers to the appropriate department or person for further assistance. Accepts, signs for and directs deliveries to the Firm. Checks conference room reservations (Room Tracker) each morning and notes changes during the day. Notifies Conference Room Coordinator and catering staff of any changes in conference rooms throughout the day. Maintains the appearance of reception area and phone rooms. Accesses OneFacility (Visitor Administration System) as soon as reception desk is opened and refreshes frequently throughout the day. Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative support functions.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma. Associates Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people in a professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. EOE
