Harden Healthcare is currently hiring a Receptionist to join our team in Austin, TX!!
Serves as first point of contact for the Harden corporate offices at CapstarPlaza. Performs receptionist, clerical and administrative duties utilizing tact, sensitivity and professionalism with associates and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains close or immediate proximity to the front desk in order to courteously greets and directs visitors appropriately.
Interacts with other Harden associates in a professional and friendly manner.
Efficiently processes incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking and delivering messages as required.
Responds to telephone and walk-in inquiries and directs to appropriate personnel.
Prepare interoffice and overnight deliveries for pickup as needed.
Participates and attends periodic in-services and staff meetings.
Assists Office Manager in the coordination of office deliveries and service requests.
Assists other administrative staff with miscellaneous tasks as the needs arise.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college or previous administrative experience preferred. Ability to operate multi-line system. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, copier, fax machine, printers and other office equipment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Open, friendly, customer-service oriented personality needed to interact with staff and visitors in a positive manner.
