2+ yrs experience required

Summary of Job Purpose: Under direct supervision of the Office Manager, performs a variety of secretarial, clerical, transcription and technical assistant duties that promotes efficient record keeping and patient flow of Hudson Valley Surgical Specialists.

Essential Job Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 1-3 yrs office experience, preferably in medical related field or equivalent education
Training/License: Typing, data entry, general clerical skills required; knowledge of medical terminology, medical insurance and familiarity with medical field preferred
Other: Ability to use computers, ability to follow oral and written communication, people orientated
