Greet telephone callers, direct calls and visitors in a busy established construction office environment. Additionally, act as clerical support and maintain front office area.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
answer telephone, screen and direct calls take and relay messages provide information to callers greet persons entering organization direct persons to correct destination ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization general administrative and clerical support including supply orders prepare letters and documents tidy and maintain the reception & kitchen area train employees on internal radio systems Education and Experience
high school diploma generally required knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, specifically Microsoft Word knowledge of customer service principles and practices keyboard skills (50-60 wpm minimum with accuracy) Key Competencies

Salary: $500-$600 per week
Hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
