JHT is hiring a full-time Receptionist to support a federal law enforcement office located in West Palm Beach. Duties will include:
Greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors.
Arrange for transportation services, when needed.
Operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
Light typing, faxing, copying and filing.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Skill in operating a switchboard.
Knowledge of general office equipment.
Knowledge of word processing software and e-mail system.
Type a minimum of 40 WPM.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Outgoing and team-oriented.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship required.
