Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to client, vendors, visitors by greeting them and answering site switchboard.

• Communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in written documentation: ensure accuracy via proof reading and editing documents for self and supported team members.

• Provide support to the team to include, coordination with visitors, managing office supplies and other tasks that support the flow of a well maintained, professional office as identified.

• Work with Manager on projects that may need administrative support

• Solicit verbal and/or written feedback from clients and other team members. Support set up for new employees, as directed by Manager. Deliver high quality of work product: plan, organize, and coordinate work efficiently: meet deadlines. Demonstrate highest

• professional standards of behavior; work in cooperative and collaborative manner with team members.

• Communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in written documentation.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7 years experience with switchboard and front desk operations
• Must have excellent computer skills, working with Microsoft word, excel
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must have experience working with the public

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
