As a Receptionist with MH Equipment, you will report to the Director of Operations and will work closely with other individuals in the sales, service, parts, rental, used and aftermarket departments. Your primary function will be to provide support for the branch. Receptionist Primary/Essential Responsibilities : Answer phones and route calls Take care of visitors, accept deliveries, etc. Organize and maintain the reception area Open, sort, date stamp and distribute U.S. and UPS mail Process customer invoices, pull do not mails, fold invoices and mail to customers. Prepare and send out inter-company mailbag as needed Send out branch mail by UPS as needed Keep track of office supplies and order when needed. Order lunch and make arrangements for meetings as needed Book hotel rooms for incoming guests as needed Scan, fax, or file certain invoices as needed Other duties as assigned Receptionist
