We are seeking a Receptionist to join out team of dedicated professionals as we continue our mission of improving the health of the communities we serve.
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls and greeting patients and visitors in a prompt and courteous manner.
Serves as initial contact for patients, general public, physicians, and other hospital personnel. Greets and directs patients and visitors appropriately. Answers phone calls, obtains information to triage and transfer calls. Sort and distribute mail.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
- Effective Communication Skills
- Ability to organize and utilize work hours effectively and with minimal supervision.
