We are currently seeking a Receptionist for one of our clients in the Monmouth County area. This position would be supporting the Office Manager and would be temporary to full time for the right candidate. The main responsibilities would include: answering phones, distributing mail, making sure all copiers are filled with paper, logging all deliveries, photocopy projects for the team, ordering/stocking mail supplies, maintaining service for office machines, and any additional projects as assigned.
The requirements for this position include: MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel, must have 2+ years experience in a similar role, would have a strong desire to succeed, would have the flexibility to work as a team and independently. This is a great position for a very long standing, well established firm in the Monmouth County area.
