A Receptionist is usually the first voice and face to the corporate office of Prince Telecom. The role is to courteously meet and welcome customers, employees and members of the general public. As a member of the HR team, the receptionist will be tasked with helping the members of the HR department.
Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate employees.
Accept and sign for packages and distribute mail.
Prepare and address outgoing express mail.
Assist with building security by providing badges to employees and visitors.
Assist in Filing, Bookkeeping and Scheduling appointments.
Track and update all Office location addresses and conference call codes.
Assist with purchasing office and lunch room supplies as needed.
Maintain reception, mailroom, copier, and kitchen areas orderly, clean and free of clutter; including trash.
Assist Office Administrators with overflow of work including data entry, word processing and internet research work.
Assist Asset/Fleet department with administrative tasks
Assist HR with data Entry and filing.
High school Diploma.
Ability to multi-task.
Must have solid communications skills and the ability to handle every phone call with the appropriate demeanor and patience.
Must be organized, detail oriented, and have solid time-management skills.
Effective written & oral communication skills are needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
