In this position you will be responsible for greeting all visitors to the One Post Office Square facility. Ensure both internal and external clients feel welcome and are appropriately directed and/or escorted to their meeting location. In addition, you will assist in the coordination of conference room reservations and auxiliary service for meetings and video conferences held in Post Office Square.
