Job Summary:

RPM Mortgage, Inc. is seeking an energetic Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The main responsibilities of the Receptionist is to handle all incoming calls and visitors with a professional and customer-service oriented demeanor. In addition, maintain a business professional appearance of the reception environment. This role is located at our Home Office in Alamo, CA and reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Essential Functions:
  • Provides friendly, courteous, professional and timely telephone support.
  • Professionally greet and direct clients, consultants and vendors.
  • Maintain conference room schedule; update daily as needed.
  • General administrative task and special projects as assigned on a limited basis.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Some College Education.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to operate office equipment, copiers, facsimile, etc.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work both under supervision and independently.
  • Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent attendance and professional appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills a must.
  • Upbeat and positive personality.
