RPM Mortgage, Inc. is seeking an energetic Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The main responsibilities of the Receptionist is to handle all incoming calls and visitors with a professional and customer-service oriented demeanor. In addition, maintain a business professional appearance of the reception environment. This role is located at our Home Office in Alamo, CA and reports directly to the Branch Manager.
- Provides friendly, courteous, professional and timely telephone support.
- Professionally greet and direct clients, consultants and vendors.
- Maintain conference room schedule; update daily as needed.
- General administrative task and special projects as assigned on a limited basis.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Some College Education.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to operate office equipment, copiers, facsimile, etc.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work both under supervision and independently.
- Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent attendance and professional appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills a must.
- Upbeat and positive personality.
