RPX is seeking a professional and courteous individual to contribute to the success of the Administration team. In this role, the Receptionist will cordially and professionally answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support as needed. The Receptionist reports to the Manager, Administration, and provides, as needed/requested, general administrative support to other departments.

  • Answers incoming calls and greets and directs visitors in a cordial, professional, and timely manner
  • Takes accurate and complete messages for employees who are unavailable
  • Schedules meetings and coordinates conference room reservations with internal and external groups
  • Coordinates catering ordering, set-up, and clean-up for meetings
  • Processes monthly expense reports
  • Maintains common areas including reception area, kitchen, and conference rooms
  • Orders office and kitchen supplies and ensure both are always well stocked
  • Receives and distributes mail and packages
  • Provides cooperative and responsive support to co-workers
  • Provides support on other administrative tasks as requested

Education/Experience Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ professional reception or administrative experience
