The Receptionist warmly greets visitors and guests at Red Bull North America Headquarters. This role handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties related to the front desk and the office as a whole, as needed and if time permits.

  • Receive and Screen Telephone Calls and greet Visitors Warmly greet all visitors and guests and ensure the appropriate parties are notified

    Answer phone calls and screen callers as appropriate

    Provide information to callers, direct them to the proper person or department

    Answer routine inquires from customers and vendors

    Act as gatekeeper to general inquiries

    Answer questions regarding general building operations from employees

    Complete various building operations projects as assigned

    Troubleshoot problems and arrange repairs of office equipment

    Manage and maintain office supply inventory

    Organize, oversee and execute Building Emergency Plan and Annual Fire Drill

    Manage product inventory and maintain spreadsheets

    Track all new hires and terms and maintain Master List and corresponding forms

    Maintain and update Front Desk Manual

    Assist with liaison and oversight of building operations vendors including: towel vendor, plant vendor, janitorial vendor, pest control vendor, valet parking vendor

    Conduct monthly building maintenance and janitorial inspections

    Make name plates for new staff

  • Perform Routine, Varied Clerical Duties Ensure all assigned Front Desk administrative tasks are completed on a daily basis

    Sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail

    Ordering supplies

    Compiling and filing various monthly reports for the Building Operations Manager

    Sending and receiving facsimiles and overnight mail and FedEx packages

    Document incoming packages and notify recipients

  • Keep Reception Area Orderly
Your experience includes: (proven performance in)
  • Ability to operate a telephone switchboard

  • Ability to accurately relay messages and interact with callers and visitors in a welcoming and assisting manner

  • Ability to perform basic clerical tasks

  • Ablility to provide proactive follow up to tasks assigned

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of office methods, procedures and common office equipment

  • Ability to operate a personal computer and use Microsoft Office software (knowledge of Lotus Notes a plus)

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    • Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
