Regency Centers is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our Office Facilities team in the Jacksonville, FL corporate office. This position is responsible for providing a wide range of support services and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the reception desk.
Answer, screen and direct calls on the main switchboard in a professional and courteous manner.
Greet visitors to provide routine information assistance and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Assist visitors with badges and parking validation and maintain visitor log.
Accept and sign for all packages and notify recipient.
Assist Office Facilities Department by responding to and tracking all Office Facilities requests, coordinate with Landlord and internal maintenance personnel, contact external contractors and vendors for facility related issues.
Perform administrative related tasks such as check requests, invoice processing and correspondence.
Arrange for relief in the event of scheduled absences such as vacations or projects.
High School diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year of customer service experience in a professional office environment is required.
Prior customer service experience in an office environment is strongly preferred.
Intermediate level proficiency or higher with Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Prior experience with JD Edwards or ERP is a plus.
High level of professionalism and integrity. Must be trustworthy and able to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately.
Strong attention to detail, organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage time and multiple tasks effectively.
Must have a high energy level with a positive, upbeat attitude.
Must be conversational and people oriented, with a focus on customer service.
