POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receptionist will attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer main telephone line, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering organization and contact the employee they are meeting
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain the employee telephone roster
  • Prepare letters and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain executive calendar utilizing Microsoft Outlook
  • Organize meetings and schedule for the conference and training rooms
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Assign security key fob and photo ID badge to new employees
  • Assist facilities manager with vendors and order distribution
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

  • MS Office, Word, Excel
  • Keyboard skills
