Segue Technologies seeks a friendly, dependable and assertive Receptionist to work at the front desk of our Headquarters office in Arlington, VA. The Receptionist will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be a part of the Operations team. We are looking for a team player who is willing to help out when needed and also make quick decisions on their own when necessary. Work hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Field phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Keep track of and order office and kitchen supplies
  • Collect and drop off mail daily
  • Conference room scheduling
  • Keep conference rooms, kitchens and other public spaces free of clutter
  • Organize monthly birthday celebrations
  • Maintain PBX phone system
  • Assist with planning of other corporate events
  • Assist as needed with upcoming office move
  • General office filing
  • Coordination with vendors for building maintenance requests
  • Prepare materials and workspace for new hires
  • Additional tasks as required
