Answers incoming calls for the Massachusetts and New York office and responds to inquiries if appropriate or triages call. Also serves as receptionist in Massachusetts. Provides additional administrative support for the company as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet visitors and direct accordingly.
Answer phone and respond to requests.
Transfer calls to appropriate staff.
Recognize, document and alert supervision of trends in customer calls.
Perform general office duties including incoming fax, mail and package receipt and distribution, outgoing mail and package processing.
Recommend process improvements.
High School Diploma.
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.
Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment.
Understanding of the needs and dynamics of elder care services and disadvantaged populations.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Ability to multi-task.
