This position will perform a variety of receptionist, office, clerical and related duties both within and in support of Southcoast Physicians Group including but not limited to: checking patients in and out. This incorporates verifying demographic and health insurance information, collecting copayments and patient balances due as well as ensuring that all appointments and tests are scheduled for patients. This position will also provide support to the call center to answer phones and schedule appointments daily as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized courses or training. Two years medical reception and electronic medical record experience preferred. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and strong multi tasking skills working in a fast paced environment.
