Responsible for greeting visitors and routing calls in a prompt
and courteous manner. Portray the company as an industry leading organization

Assist internal customers with using the on-line conference and
training room booking tool in Outlook.
Print daily room schedule for distribution throughout the campus.
Greet and assist corporate visitors and process each through sign-in
log and visitor pass process.
Answer incoming calls with speed, clarity and accuracy. Provide callers direction and assistance,
requiring working knowledge of company procedures.
Perform mail room functions, as required.
Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
Provide security support from reception area as needed.
