Qualifications:
•High school graduate or GED certificate
•Must pass a background check and drug test
•Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, bilingual preferred
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•High levels of motivation and ability to work independently
•Computer literate in Microsoft programs
•Experience in office support practices and procedures
Responsibilities:
•Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
•Provide program information to inquiries
•Manage intake and input of pre-applications
•Provide follow up to all files on pipeline report
•Maintain office filing system
•Maintain current and up-dated information on client accounts
•Administrative support
•Conduct other duties as assigned
