Records Management Processing Clerk

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and effectively work on computerized Land Systems
  • (TOBIN, FileNet, and RSO).

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Time management and organizational skills


  • Ability to effectively prioritize and balance demanding workloads


  • Detail oriented


  • Ability to lift and carry standard record boxes in excess of
  • thirty-five pounds

  • College-advanced degree and-or 3+ years clerical experience, preferably
  • in Oil and Gas, but not required.

    Duties

  • Maintain in an orderly, efficiently organized manner all Corporate Land
  • documents. Provide file support in an efficient, professional service to all Corporate Land File Room users.

  • Processes incoming documents, sorts, classifies, and codes material for
  • integration into the appropriate folder.

  • Enters and updates files in electronic file inventory.


  • Retrieving and referencing information for users.


  • Performs occasional inventories.


  • Assists in organization and cleanup of documents as well as general
  • maintenance of files.

  • Performs occasional inventories.


  • Responds to file requests and follows check-in and check-out
  • procedures. File retrieval and re-filing physical file folders.

  • Work on Special Assignments-Projects.
