Responsible for coordinating, preparing and issuing College transcripts and assisting with student registration. Collects and processes end-of-semester grades. Processes admission and enrollment information into the mainframe computer system. Prepares and reviews documents for completeness and accuracy. Position requires the ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including nights and weekends.
High school diploma or GED required with additional training related to the position.
Minimum of one year related experience required.
Detail oriented, effective customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills, and multitasking capabilities are all required.
Must have the ability to research information for problem solving.
Required Computer Skills:
Bilingual speaking ability preferred.
