The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Direct Deposit is required

DUTIES: Ensures service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructuions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery. Assists patrons in use of the facility; provide safety instructions; demonstrate new equipment; teach classes; and plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Experience dealing with the general public.

Conditions of employment:

1. A one-year probationary period may be required.

2. Meet all qualification/eligibility requirements.

3. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification check.

4. Successfully complete all required background checks.

HOW YOU WILL BE EVALUATED: Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies:

- Ability to compile information

- Oral communication
