Walrath Recruiting is currently seeking a friendly yet poised Recruiter Assistant to perform day-to-day administrative duties, special project support, and conduct candidate pre-screens. He or she must have professional phone etiquette, the ability to multi-task, and will be expected to represent company at various networking events as required.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree and a minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical or reception experience. He or she must also demonstrate strong skills in the following areas:
Problem solving and project management
Organization, attention to detail and decision-making abilities
Energetic, outgoing, and flexible with great interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Access.
Some interest in learning the recruiting /HR field (preferred.)
