The Recruiter I will conduct full lifecycle recruiting for entry level and technical positions. Responsibilities will include developing job descriptions from statements of work; utilizing a variety of job boards to source potential qualified candidates for hire; cold calling candidates; executing phone screens and interviews; working with hiring managers to support selection and maintaining the candidate relationship.

Assist HR team with meeting staffing requirements for current positions and proposal efforts.
Source, recruit, pre-screen and interview entry-level, administrative, and technical candidates.
Use available job boards, as well as creative sourcing techniques, for locating candidates.
Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking system.
Communicate with hiring managers to address specific hiring needs.
Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Light administrative duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the HR department.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline. Two or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in a government or government contracting environment, is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Solid understanding of administrative and technical skill sets and a demonstrated ability to recruit a variety of candidates, from entry-level to highly technical.
Strong knowledge of web-based/Internet recruiting techniques, and employment policies and procedures.
Knowledge of EEOC and OFCCP compliance.
Ability to interface and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Strong computer skills; previous experience working within applicant tracking systems preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
