Alaska Airlines is currently recruiting a Recruiter to join their corporate recruiting team.
Build and drive effective relationships through solid leadership and focused attention to brand and culture
Establish staffing strategy and manage end-to-end recruiting results for a range of recruiting territories within the organization
Partner and consult with leaders to design innovative hiring plans that are customized to attract the right talent for the right position at the right time
Develop, drive and execute sourcing strategies designed to recruit individual professional and technical positions and job postings requiring multiple frontline placements
Identify, network and establish a plan to maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities
Develop staffing plans in support of annual hiring forecast and diversity goals
Work collaboratively and consult with all members of human resources to drive annual staffing plan forward
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process. Areas of scope will include regulatory and company compliance requirements, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved with on boarding candidates

Embody the Alaska Spirit and conduct oneself with the Alaska Airlines values of Integrity, Professionalism, Resourcefulness and Caring
BA/BS degree in business, communication, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum two years of related corporate recruiting experience highly preferred
Experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing exempt and non-exempt candidates required
Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and company policies and regulations required
Effective search, problem solving, cross group collaboration and discernment skills
Solid understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management preferred
Demonstrates effective leadership skills and successfully drives for performance
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain established networks and experienced at representing Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air within the community
Proven ability to take initiative and build productive relationships
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum age of 18
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
