Brandes Associates, Inc., a DoD contractor, is seeking a technical recruiter to head up sourcing for existing and upcoming contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will work as part of a team to head up all sourcing and staffing requirements. Additionally, candidate will have to be or become familiar with Seaport-e P-1 forms to be submitted with responses to RFP(s) and assist in the creation of proposal related documentation.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 5 years work experience in technical recruiting required. Familiarity with JobVite is a plus. The candidate must have experience developing recruiting for a Defense contractor.
The candidate must also have experience using Microsoft Excel and Word programs and have good writing, interpersonal and communications skills, with applicable experience working within a team environment.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: A high school diploma is required. A Bachelors degree is a plus.
CLEARANCE: Able to acquire DoD Secret Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
